Halloween Party:

Friday, October 29th at 5:30pm

As we draw near to the crisp fall air we are so excited to invite you all to the annual Green Valley Fall / Halloween Party!  In an effort to maximize our time together and also allow for maximum time for the kids to trick-or-treat, we have decided to not have the party on the night of Halloween.  However, we welcome (and encourage) all kids (and some adults) to wear their costumes to this great family event.  Kids are then encouraged to fully trick-or-treat on Sunday October 31st.

We will have a food truck on site serving food so please come for dinner and stay for a while.  Please note that while this is a GVPOA organized event, food and drink will not be complimentary.

The festivities will take place on W Round Hill in proximity to 101 W Round Hill.  We look forward to seeing you all there!

Halloween Evening (Oct 31st):

Please turn off your porch lights if you prefer not to participate in trick-or-treating.  Also, we are encouraging everyone to end trick-or-treating around 9pm to discourage mischief.

Annual GVPOA Homeowners Meeting:

Please save the date of Sunday, November 14th for our annual GVPOA meeting which is open to all homeowners.  We’ll have the time and meeting location details soon.  Due to covid, we were unable to have our 2020 meeting in person.  As outlined in our covenant, this is a requirement of our board and we encourage at least one homeowner per house to attend.  We need a quorum of 25% of homeowners to take any action on official business.  The board will present our 2022 budget.  Please let me know if you have any concerns to add to our agenda.

Hope to see you at the Halloween party and homeowners meeting.
